About TOM FORAN
   Born and raised in Southern California, Tom Foran  has been showing Western Performance Horses since he was a child. Encouraged by his father, 40’s cowboy star Dick Foran, Tom began showing stock horses at the age of ten. By the time he was a teenager, he was training his own horses. He continued to compete through high school but hung up his spurs while attending the University of Southern California.
   After graduating, Tom decided to pursue his dream of horse training. For the next several years he apprenticed under three, world class reining horse trainers. Confident that he had formed his own training program, Foran Performance Horses was opened in the spring of 1999.
