Foran Performance Horses offers a variety of exceptional training programs. Utilizing his years of professional training and competitive experience, Tom works riders and horses of all levels.


In building champion show horses, we employ proven, constructive techniques, which realize the full athletic potential of each equine athlete while maintaining their physical soundness and mental well-being. Western Times magazine best described Tom’s program as "Soft and quiet..." We believe that consistency in training and gradual advances made everyday, is the best way to build a solid, healthy, confident horse.

Beginner Program
For anyone new to the reining industry, Foran Performance Horses offers customized training programs tailored to fit your and your horse’s specific needs. Whether you wish to ride for pleasure or your desire is to compete, we will work closely with you to achieve those goals.

Advanced Program
For the advanced and non-pro riders who wish to further their training and improve their placement in the competitive circuit, this is an ideal opportunity for you. Tom will work closely with you and your horse to continue growth and prepare you to succeed at competitions. Tom’s proven techniques have produced many successful NRHA non pro competitors and World Champions.

Breeder/Owner Program
The Breeder/Owner Program was developed for reining horse owners and breeders who wish to enter their horses into competitions without being involved in the riding. Tom and his team will work with your horses to prepare them for competition and will designate an experienced rider to show your horse. This is a fantastic opportunity to increase your horse’s visibility, earning potential and breeding desirability.

Tom welcomes all inquires and videos submitted to him for prospective open horses. He believes in treating each horse as an individual and customizing a program to suit each horse’s unique needs. Tom is an accomplished showman with a proven NRHA and AQHA winning record…is his next champion yours?
